Phil Snyder | Sales Manager Phil is a professional, managing both the sales and financing roles at Porsche of Beachwood. He has been in the automobile industry since 2001 and has worked with Volkswagen, Mazda, Chevrolet, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Scion, and now Porsche. Phil has held many automotive positions throughout his career, starting with engine building for Nascar, to automotive electronics, as well as sales of new and pre-owned cars, and sales and financing management. He joined the team here at Porsche of Beachwood in October of 2011 and is excited to build a relationship with the brand and it's amazing clientle. |

Keith Marino | Service Manager Keith has 38 years of experience in the automotive retail industry and is a Certified Master Technician. He transferred to Porsche of Beachwood from Penske's Toyota of Bedford facility. Keith graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in automotive repair and service. Brad Kennett | Sales An inaugural member of the Porsche of Beachwood staff, Brad came here with 6 years of Porsche experience at Stoddard Porsche. He's been a Porsche owner and club member since 2001. Brad has been a car nut his whole life starting with a large collection of "Hot Wheels" when he was kid to doing occasional track events with his 944 Turbo now. He met his wife at their Alma Mater, Ohio State more than 25 years ago. They live in North Ridgeville with their 2 teenage daughters. Michael Kane | Sales Michael has had a fascination with Porsche since he was a child when Mark Donohue drove a Porsche 911 RSR 3.0 in the inaugural IROC series in 1973/74. He grew up locally in Shaker Heights and now lives in Cleveland Heights. Michael is a memeber of Temple Tifereth Isreal and a proud father of two sons. He was with Land Rover and Jaguar from 1997-2012 and competed in Land Rover's Trek Off Road Driving Series. Rick Balas | Sales Rick has been in many aspects of the automotive business for almost 20 years. His passion for the business started when he opened a successful detail and accessory business in the early nineties. Rick's experiernce at the dealership level has exclusively been with highline, luxury and exotic manufacturers. He has been in sales and was also the finance manager at Stoddard Imported Cars. Dave Debes | Sales Dave recently moved back to the Midwest after spending the last 15 years in Florida. He started in the automotive industry with the first job of washing cars at the age of 16 in a Porsche dealership just outside of Chicago. Dave has also served in the Navy for 5 years. He is a sport and car enthusiast. Outside of work he enjoys time with his family, playing golf, and being active in all of his kid's sport activities. Tan Nguyen | Technician Tan graduated from Texas A & M with a B.S. degree in Biomedical Sciences. He also has attended the Universal Technical Institute and Porsche Technical Apprenticeship Program where he gained the titles of a Certified Automotive/Diesel/Industrial Technician and Certified Porsche Technician. He has always had a passion for automobiles and loves working with his hands. Tan enjoys working at Porsche because it allows him to gain exposure to a wide gamut of the automobile industry. He can work on anything from an everyday passenger vehicle to a full race track car. |
